Residential Homes
Valley Community Services (VCS) manages twenty-six residential homes throughout Western and Central Pennsylvania.
Twenty of these homes are Community Living Arrangements (CLA). All CLA are equipped to provide specialized services to children and adults who are dual-diagnosed.
Our six Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) focus on people who have mental retardation and medical conditions.

Adult Training Facilities
VCS operates two Adult Training Facilities, one in the Mt. Pleasant area and one in Bedford. Both centers provide individuals with the basic skills they need to enter sheltered workshops or to find meaningful employment opportunities.

Specialized Supports
VCS provides specialized supports in a variety of settings including private homes and work settings.
