Valley Community Services is a private, non-profit human services organization, whose mission is to provide health, rehabilitation, training and education to children and adults. VCS has been in operation for over 30 years and is known for developing Pennsylvania's first residential program for children and adolescents with autism.
                                                  
               The agency currently operates:

• An early learning center in Cheswick, Pa
•  Twenty community living arrangements in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Butler, Somerset, Bedford, Cumberland, and Perry Counties
• Six Intermediate Care Facilities
• Two adult training facilities
• Several  types of home support services
